Correspondence goes to a single desk: editor@dinderlyveil.com. Messages are read by a person rather than routed through a ticketing system, and a reply usually takes a few working days.

Worth writing about

• Corrections. If an entry is wrong or out of date, say what and where. These are handled before anything else in the queue.
• Property information. Operators and press offices are welcome to send accurate material about a hotel we cover, or one we have missed.
• Suggestions. A property that shows something about art, capsule, casino or ice hotels that the current fourteen do not.
• Permissions. Questions about quoting or referencing what is published here.

Not worth writing about

We cannot make, change or cancel a reservation, and we cannot pass a request to a hotel — there is no channel to pass it down. If your message is about a stay (a rate, a date, a room, a refund), it has to go to the property directly, and going through us will only cost you time.

We also do not sell placements, links or reviews, so enquiries of that kind will not get a quote.
